Alexxis Rennee GREEN, infant daughter of Shane M. and Tonya Lampman Green, was stillborn Saturday, September 24, 2011 in the Jones Memorial Hospital, Wellsville, NY. Surviving besides her parents are: two brothers, Dominick Schrader and Dylan Green; maternal grandparents, Penny Shaffer of Genesee, PA and Daniel Lampman of Harrison Valley, PA; paternal grandparents, Doug Green of Wellsville and Stacy Green of Friendship, NY; paternal great-grandmother, Jean Lates of Fillmore, NY; aunts, uncles, and cousins. A private memorial service will be held at the Olney Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Ulysses, PA. The Rev. Paul M. Karges will officiate.
