Andrew T. TUBBS, 40, of Williamsport, PA, died Saturday, March 28, 2026. 

Born November 4, 1985, in Coudersport, he was the son of Marlin B. and Cynthia L. Baker Tubbs. Surviving are: his father, Marlin Tubbs; two sons, Kaiden Tubbs and Jaxon Tubbs; a brother, Christopher B. Baker; a sister, Sabrina G. Tubbs; nieces, aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was predeceased by his mother. 

Burial will be in Parker Hill Cemetery, Sunderlinville.
