Angela M. CIZON

Jun 27, 1979 — Sep 23, 2026

Andover, NY

Angela M. CIZON, of Andover, NY, formerly of Darwin, Australia, was gone too early, tragically taken at the age of 47 from an extremely aggressive form of lung cancer. She transitioned back to source on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, NY, in the ICU, where she was on life support for eleven days. She was born June 27, 1979, in Brisbane, Australia.

Ange was a truly remarkable human being who achieved a lot in this lifetime she and her ex-husband Don Harding started the Kindness Project out of Goulburn Australia which was a community food pantry for families in need of assistance for whatever the reasons may have been for that family. Ange and Don also collectively started Darwin Reignite which turned into a movement. It was all on the basis of trying to bring back community spirit and morale. They together organized an event in Darwin central business district that brought in thousands of visitors to bring the community together for purposes of trying to raise morale and community spirit, that was one of Ange’s biggest qualities she believed in unity. Ange was a very kind, smart, gentle, and vibrant she lit up any room she walked into; she was always the life of the party with a happy-go-lucky demeanor who was whole-heartedly selfless, she always put the needs of others before the needs of herself.

On June 16, 2025, in Rutland, VT, she married Joshua L. Cizon, who survives. Ange and Josh’s love story was one that was truly written and carved in the stars by the higher powers that be.

Ange was a self-employed copywriter who founded Agent Resume in April of 2014. She helped many people from all over Australia get jobs in several different fields and professions.

In addition to her husband Josh, she is survived by her three beloved children: Chloe Harding, Zachary Grose, and Gabriela Harding.

From her family:

“My beloved wife was a woman deeply cherished, not only by me but by everyone who had the privilege of knowing her. She possessed a rare ability to touch the lives of countless people, leaving a lasting, positive impact on every soul she crossed paths with. Though she is no longer physically present on this earth, she remains my everything. In my heart and mind, our marriage is as strong as it has ever been; love, after all, transcends the physical realm.

She has already sent me numerous signs, gentle reminders whispering, “Hey, don't cry; I'm still here.” We had a pact that whoever departed this life first would paint the most breathtaking sunsets for those left behind. The evening, she passed, the sky ignited in a display of colors so profound that it was, by far, the most beautiful sunset I have ever witnessed. I know it was her telling me something and her final, radiant promise to me.

As unconventional as it may sound, the depth of our connection is such that I do not feel I have lost her in any capacity. Instead, I feel her presence constantly by my side, walking with me in spirit in every stride of life I will take. I take great comfort in knowing that she is in a place of perfect peace. In the very moment of her passing, I felt a sudden, overwhelming wave of what she is experiencing: profound inner peace, tranquility, and a sense of absolute freedom.

Because of this, I have not shed a single tear. I know this is exactly what she would have wanted-for me to carry on with the same strength and grace she always embodied. My love for you, my honey, is eternal. You are still my everything, and that is the truth that time and distance will never change the depth and intensity of our connection.” - Your Husband Josh

“My Mum was a beautiful, loving, and incredibly intelligent woman who had so much more life left to live. She had so many dreams, plans, and things she was looking forward to, especially the life she and Josh were building together in the home they had bought.

From a young age, she had a love for flying. As a child, she flew planes and dreamed of one day becoming a pilot. She was curious, determined, and incredibly smart, with a mind that always seemed to be full of ideas and possibilities.

She was a woman who deserved more time-more mornings, more laughter, more adventures, and more memories with the people she loved.

I love my mum more than words could ever properly express. Losing her has left a space in my life that nobody could ever fill, but I will carry her with me for the rest of my life.

She will always be my Mum, and I will always be her daughter.” - Chloe

From Zach: “Ange, Mum, was a kind and caring person who always knew how to bring a smile to the people she loved. She had a beautiful laugh, a warm hug, and a special way of making even the simplest moments memorable. She loved her musk sticks and Minties, enjoyed making collages, and treasured the friendships she made throughout her life. She would make silly voices just to make her children smile, creating little moments that will be cherished forever. Mum was deeply loved, and although she is no longer with us, her love, laughter, and memories will live on in the hearts of her family and friends forever. She will be forever loved, deeply missed, and never forgotten.” - Zach

“I’m sorry Mummy, but I know you’re in heaven. I will still be your daughter. I love you Mummy and thank you for the presents you got me.” - Gabby

“Although our lives took us down different paths, we shared something that will always connect us - our beautiful daughters. I will always be grateful for the life we created together and the memories we shared along the way. She was deeply loved by her children, and her place in their hearts can never be replaced. I hope they will always carry with them the best parts of their mum - her memories, her stories, her laughter and, most importantly, her love.” - Don Harding

Memorials or donations in her memory may be made to the American Lung Association.
