Barbara J. BURROUS, 69, of Westfield, PA, died Monday, July 18, 2016.
Born December 29, 1946, in Coudersport, PA, she was the daughter of D. Blair and Vivian Lewis Hamilton.
On August 1, 1965, in Genesee, PA, she married Kenneth E. "Fub" Burrous, who survives.
A 1964 graduate of Northern Potter High School, she was employed by Westfield Tanning Co. and WW Disposal.
She was a member of the Westfield First Baptist Church.
Surviving besides her husband, Kenneth, are: two daughters, Darla (James) Davis of Westfield and Shammi (Kevin) Shoemaker of Acworth, NH; seven grandchildren, Jaymes, Elizabeth, Jacob, Jairod, Emma, Patrick, and Jake; a brother, Donald Hamilton of Genesee; a sister, Debra (John) McLaughlin of Coudersport, PA; nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was predeceased by her parents.
Friends may call at the Olney Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Ulysses, PA on Thursday, July 21, 2016 from 4:00 - 6:00 PM, with a Memorial Service following at 6:00 PM. Mr. Michael Hale will officiate. Burial will be in Champlin Cemetery Westfield, PA.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
