Beverly J. Bacon, 86, of Genesee, PA, died Thursday, September 21, 2017 in Olean General Hospital, Olean, NY.
Born January 1, 1931, in Olean, NY. She was the daughter of Albert and Oralie Otto Adams.
On March 19, 1955, in Olean, NY, she married Maynard W. Bacon, who predeceased her on May 4, 2000.
Mrs. Bacon and her husband owned and operated a dairy farm in Bingham Township for many years. She was an active member of her community.
Surviving are: a son, Brenton (Su) Bacon of Lewisburg, PA; a daugther, Cindy Nelson of Genesee; three grandchildren, Stacie Bacon Smith, Lindy Bacon, and Erin Nelson; a brother-in-law, Keith Wood; and nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband, she was predeceased by a sister, Barbara Wood.
Friends may call Sunday, September 24, 2017 from 2:00 -- 4:00 and 7:00 -- 9:00 PM at the Olney Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Ulysses, PA, where Funeral Services will be held on Monday at 11:00 AM.
The Rev. William Allen will officiate.
Burial will be in North Bingham Cemetery.
