Beverly P. RHODES

Beverly P. RHODES, 80, of Wellsville, NY, formerly of Whitesville and Andover, died Monday, November 27, 2023 in Jones Memorial Hospital, Wellsville.  

Born June 4, 1943, in Coudersport, PA, she was the daughter of Louis and Etta Hurlbert Ordway.  She was employed by Southern Tier Home Care Service for many years and retired from Current Control in Wellsville.  Beverly enjoyed horseback riding and participating in horse shows.  

Surviving are: three children, Donna (Malcolm) Gordon of Shepherd, MI, Dusty (Pam) Rhodes of Wellsville, and Tena Briggs of Wellsville; five grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; a sister-in-law, Ida Ordway of Andover; nieces and nephews, including niece, Linda (David) Sutherland.  She was predeceased by three brothers, Leon J. Ordway, Franklin F. “Bob” Ordway, and Charles Ordway.  

Cremation was at OLNEY-FOUST Private Crematory.  Burial will be in North Bingham Cemetery, North Bingham, PA.  

Memorials may be made to SPCA serving Allegany County.
