Carol L. FLYNN, 74, of Elkland, PA, died Thursday, November 17, 2016 in Arnot Ogden Hospital, Elmira, NY.
Born May 28, 1942, in North Bingham, PA, she was the daughter of Edward J. and Violet Hogancamp Weiss.
She was married to Mark P. Flynn, who predeceased her in 1990.
She was employed by Corning, Inc. for 15 years.
Carol was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Mansfield, PA.
Surviving are: four children, Tammy (Brian) Button of Elkland, Rory (Terri) Moon of Knoxville, Debbie (Ron) Smith of Elkland, and Chad (Cheri) Flynn of Corning, NY; nine grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; a brother, Robert D. (Mary Ann) Weiss of Elmira, NY; longtime friend, Dominic Siciliano of Elkland; nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband, she was predeceased by her parents; two brothers, Edward "Pete" Weiss and Milton J. Weiss; and two sisters, Donna Truax and Elizabeth Weiss.
Friends may call Sunday, November 27, 2016 at the Olney Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Ulysses, PA from 12:00 - 2:00 PM, with Funeral Services following at 2:00 PM. Branch President George Brown will preside. Burial will be in North Bingham Cemetery.
