Carroll B. SHERWOOD, 54, of Ulysses, PA, died Wednesday, February 15, 2017 in the Arnot Ogden Medical Center, Elmira, NY.
Born September 4, 1962, in Wellsville, NY, he was the son of Harold L. and Shirley Hancock Sherwood.
Carroll was active in the operation of the family business, Sherwood Enterprises, Inc., for many years.
He enjoyed motor sports and all forms of racing.
Surviving are: two brothers, Harold "Walt" Sherwood, Jr. of Shinglehouse, PA and Robert (Vicki) Sherwood of Ulysses; a sister, Darcy Lea Sherwood of Carlisle, PA; an uncle, Glenn Sherwood of Warsaw, NY; an aunt, Phyllis Hancock of Coudersport, PA; nieces, nephews, and cousins. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by two brothers, Lyle K. Sherwood and Kevin L. Sherwood.
Friends may call at the Olney Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Ulysses, PA on Sunday, February 19, 2017 from 2:00 - 5:00 PM. Burial will be at a later date in Ulysses Cemetery.
