Cindy I. PENWORTH

Cindy I. PENWORTH, 57, of Port Allegany, PA, formerly of Eldred, died Wednesday, June 11, 2025 in the Pavilion at Bradford Regional Medical Center. 

Born April 16, 1968, in Port Allegany, she was the daughter of James A. and Irene Ruth Brooks Penworth. Cindy served as a caregiver to the many people in her life she loved. She was an animal lover. 

Surviving are: three daughters, Justina (Dustin) Lunn of Port Allegany, Kayla Furman of Eldred, Amber Furman of Warren; three grandchildren, Dustin, Jr., Mavrick, and Chloe; three siblings, Linda Kramer of Jamestown, NY, James Herbstritt of Eldred, and Kenneth Herbstritt of Rutherford, TN; nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by six siblings, Susan Herbstritt, Joseph Herbstritt, John Herbstritt, Russell Herbstritt, Janice McAlpine, and Ruth Patterson; and her life partner, Charles Baker. 

A memorial will be held on a later date.
