Daniel E. FRONCZAK, 50, of Wellsville, NY, formerly of Bolivar, NY, died Friday, May 29, 2026, in Jones Memorial Hospital, Wellsville. Born November 21, 1975, in Olean, he was the son of James A. and Bonnie Bowker Fronczak.

Surviving are: his sisters, Bonnie Merchel, Mina Peters, and Kay Brown; two brothers, Jeffrey Haberer and Keith Tarr; an aunt, Mary Ann Leasure; an uncle, Tom (Millie) Fronczak; a great-aunt, Carol Rutkowski; several cousins including, Robert Fronczak, Anna Leese, Billy Vennard, and Olivia Fronczak; nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his parents and a brother, Joseph Fronczak.

Services will be private. Memorials may be made to Hart Comfort House of Allegany County.
