David B. LYDIC

David B. LYDIC, 74, of Andrews Settlement, PA, died Thursday, May 15, 2025 in UPMC Cole, Coudersport. 

Born August 23, 1950, in Wellsville, NY, he was the son of Max B. and Nora E. Thompson Lydic. David was employed by PennDOT for 32 years. He attended Andrews Settlement Baptist Church. On August 16, 1980, in Andrews Settlement, he married the former Helen F. Oldham, who predeceased him on April 18, 2016. In addition to his wife, he was predeceased by a brother, Carl A. Lydic; and a step-daughter, Deborah A. “Debbie” Barchet. He was cared for by Wayne and Penny Buck in his final years. 

Friends may call at Andrews Settlement Baptist Church, 1972 Andrews Settlement Road, Genesee, PA 16923 on Monday, May 19, 2025 from 10:00 – 11:00 AM. A graveside service will follow in Andrews Settlement Cemetery at 11:00 AM. Pastor Dale Post will officiate.
