Eric C. Avery, 57, of 4192A Bolivar Road passed away on Tuesday, September 12, 2017 at Wellsville Manor Care Center following a long illness. He was born on September 9, 1960, the son of the late Kenneth and Mildred Avery.
Eric was a member of the Wellsville High School class of 1979. He was a self-employed carpenter, and was an avid volunteer for the Wellsville Salvation Army during the Christmas season.
He is survived by five children, Eric Kenneth Avery Jr. of Washington, DC, Amanda Hand of Scio, April Kirch of Belfast, Deric Avery-Sadler of Wellsville, and Joshua Avery-Sadler of Friendship, five grandchildren, Marley, Joselin, Finn, Krinlyn and Azalea.
