Frank W. FULLER, Jr., 69, of Belmont, NY, died Friday, September 11, 2026, in his home. 

Born June 4, 1957, in Cuba, he was the son of Frank W. and Dolores R. Babbitt Fuller. A graduate of Scio Central School, he was employed by Northern Lights in Wellsville until he needed to take care of his parents. 

Frank is survived by many friends. He was predeceased by his parents; and a sister, Kathryn Fuller.
