Gregory A. ORDIWAY, 41, of Genesee, PA, formerly of Wellsville and Andover, NY, passed away Saturday, March 7, 2026 in Washington, PA.
Born October 26, 1984, in Wellsville, he was the son of Gordon Ordiway and Wendy Clark Bartow. He was employed by M&A Resources and was recently promoted to operator. Greg always listened to his tunes, loved riding his Harley, and couldn’t get enough of his “Roughneck Life” with his crew. He was passionate about his family.
Surviving are: his fiancée, Danette Wright of Genesee; four children, Kaidan Michael Smith of Elmira, Hanna Grace Deming of Wellsville, Raegan Ordiway and Kennedy Ordiway, both of Genesee; Danette’s daughter, Kiara Greenman of Scio; a grandson, Hudson Lee Smith; his mother, Wendy (John) Bartow of Andover; his father, Gordon (Jill) Ordiway of Belmont; a sister, Ashley Ordiway of Almond; a brother, Gordon (Amanda) Ordiway of Bolivar; two step-brothers, Ryan (Johnie) Ralyea of Angelica and Cory (Kathy) Ralyea of Angelica; paternal grandmother, Glenda Ordiway of Andover; maternal grandparents, Ted and Sally Clark of Richburg; step-grandparents, James (Susan) Rosenburger of Belmont; many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was predeceased by his paternal grandfather, Wayne Ordiway; paternal grandmother, Sharon Smith; and two uncles.
Friends may call at Olney-Foust & Embser Funeral Homes & Cremation, 34 West State Street, Wellsville, NY on Tuesday, March 17, 2026 from 12:00 – 2:00 PM, with Funeral Services following at 2:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Belmont American Legion or a charity of the donor’s choice.
