James H. PETTIE, Jr., 61, of Sabinsville, PA, formerly of Sellersville, died Wednesday, March 1, 2017 in his home.
Born October 6, 1955, in Sellersville, PA, he was the son of James H. and Eula Fox Pettie.
He was married to the former Dawn D. Mann, who survives.
James was employed as a supervisor by Pilgrims Pride in Franconia for 37 years and employed by Clymer Township since 2010.
Surviving besides his wife of 35 years, Dawn, are: his mother, Eula Pettie of Sellersville; three sons, Joshua (Sharon) Gerhart of Kunkletown, PA, James (Alysha) Pettie, III of East Greenville, PA, and Jacob (fiancé Elizabeth Davis) Pettie of Arlington, VA; five grandchildren, Austin, Isabella, Joshua, Logan, and Anna; five siblings, Joseph Pettie, Mary Haire, Lillian Shoemaker, John Pettie, and Joyce McCormick; nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his father.
Friends may call at the Olney Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Ulysses, PA on Monday, March 6, 2017 from 12:00 - 2:00 PM, with a Memorial Service following at 2:00 PM. The Rev. Dr. Joseph F. McNamara will officiate.
