Jerald J. “Jerry” AHEARN, 70, of Coudersport, PA, died Monday, August 22, 2022 in his home.
Born January 30, 1952, in Coudersport, he was the son of Paul N. and Deloras M. “Dee” Lattin Ahearn. He was married to the former Nancy Stewart, who predeceased him in 1996. A graduate of Elkland High School, he served honorably with the National Guard for six years. He was employed by the Osceola Big M, moving to Wasilla, AK, where he was employed by Valley Block and Concrete for 27 years. He returned to Coudersport in 2017. Jerry was an avid hunter and fisherman.
Surviving are: three sons, Eric (Jenna) Ahearn of Cordova, ID, John Ahearn of Wasilla, AK, and Cody (Jessica) Ahearn of Wasilla; six grandchildren, Zavannah, Shelby, Abagail, Kinsley, Emma, and Noah; two great-grandchildren, Marie and Zayla; six siblings, his twin Judith M. Stanley of Osceola, Nicholas P. (Pam) Ahearn of AZ, Timothy J. Ahearn of Coudersport, William P. (Gaila) Ahearn of Quarryville, Cynthia M. (Kenny) Magnuson of Lake Charles, LA, and Gene L. Ahearn of Coudersport; nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his wife, Nancy, and his parents.
A Memorial Service will be held 11:00 AM, Saturday, August 27, 2022 at Olney-Foust Funeral Homes & Crematory, Ulysses, PA. Rev. Larry O’Dell will officiate.
