Jordan A. PERALDO, 27, of Wellsville, NY, formerly of Jasper, NY and Burleson, TX, died unexpectedly Wednesday, May 20, 2026, in his home. 

Born April 17, 1999, in Schenectady, NY, he was the son of Barbara L. Peraldo.

He was a graduate of Centennial High School in Burleson, TX and the ATS Program. Jordan enjoyed participating in the Special Olympics, Challenger Baseball, and Buddy Baseball.

Surviving are: his mother, Barbara, of Wellsville; seven siblings, Kelli (Shane) Gilford of Maryland, Ashley (Tony Kozlowski, Jr) Peraldo of Wellsville, Olivia (Dilip) Kharel of Ithaca, Jamie Peraldo of Texas, Josh Peraldo of Richland Hills, CA, Ian Peraldo of New York, and Hannah Peraldo of Wellsville; nieces and nephews, Ariana, Jackson, Xavier, Nolan, Romany, Liliana, and Kylie.

He was welcomed home by his niece, Alexis Moussavi.

Services will be private.
