Judith I. TAGGART, 71, of Wellsville, NY, died Wednesday, May 13, 2026, in Strong Memorial Hospital, Rochester. 

Born June 21, 1954, in Wellsville, she was the daughter of Max Norman and A. Elaine Osmin Allen. A graduate of Wellsville High School, she was employed by Wellsville Manor Care Center as a housekeeper for many years. On February 22, 1975, in Wellsville, she married Wayne D. Taggart, who survives. Judy was a member of the Wellsville Full Gospel Church. 

Surviving besides her husband, Wayne, are: three children, David Wayne Taggart of Wellsville, Michael James (Brandi) Taggart of Shinglehouse, and Jessica Elaine Wilson of Wellsville; 11 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; a brother, Lynn (Marybeth) Allen; three sisters, Diane (Mark) Vossler, Bonnie Allen, and Donna Allen; nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents.
