Kimberly L. MITCHELL, 62, of Wellsville, NY, died Friday, February 6, 2026, in her home. 

Born March 30, 1963, in Philadelphia, PA, she was the daughter of Robert Thatcher and Barbara A. Treglown. She was a graduate of Delhaas High School in Bristol, PA. 

Surviving are: two daughters, Shannon Mitchell of Wellsville and Sabrina (Kaleb) Manherz of Andover; a grandson, Benjamin Smith; three brothers, John (Renee) Greer of Pine Hill, NJ, Robert (Lorieann) Thatcher of Sunderlinville, and Joseph (Veronica) Thatcher of Stratford, NJ; a sister-in-law, Virginia Donnelly of Bolivar; nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents; and a brother, Anthony Thatcher. 

Friends may call at Olney-Foust & Embser Funeral Homes & Cremation, 34 West State Street, Wellsville, NY on Thursday, February 12, 2026 from 1:00 – 2:00 PM, with a memorial service following at 2:00 PM.
