Lewis G. COOK

Lewis G. COOK, 72, of Genesee, PA, died Tuesday, November 6, 2012 in his home. Born July 31, 1940, in Greenwood, NY, he was the son of Ted and Elizabeth Ellsworth Cook. He was employed a self-employed carpenter. Lewis enjoyed hunting and fishing. Surviving are: Urvil "Bucky"(Patty) Cook of Lakeland, FL, Lewis S. (Jennifer) Cook and William L. Cook, both of Genesee; a daughter, Amber M. (James) Huey of Arkport, NY; ten grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; two sisters, Onalee (Thomas) Hackett of Wellsville, NY and Thelma Bols of Lakeland, FL; nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a daughter, Dodie Cook; two grandsons, Anthony Huey and Jeremiah Huey; and two brothers, Paul Cook and Verl Cook. Services will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family. Arrangements are entrusted to the Olney Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Ulysses, PA.
