Margie O. JACOBS

Margie O. JACOBS, 88, of Coudersport, PA, died Sunday, June 3, 2012 in the Sweden Valley Manor, Coudersport. Born May 10, 1924, in Galeton, PA, she was the daughter of Clayton "Pete" and Carmen Couch Osgood. A graduate of Galeton High School, she was employed by Galeton Production for 18 years. In 1972, in Gettysburg, PA, she married Robert F. Jacobs, who survives. Surviving besides her husband, Robert, are: two sons, James Holleran of Wellsboro, PA and David Holleran of Coudersport, PA; two daughters, Susan L. Brown of Pearisburg, VA and Patricia Stenlund of Apple Valley, MN; seven grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by a brother, James Osgood. Friends may call Tuesday, June 5, 2012 from 6:00 - 8:00 PM at the Olney Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Ulysses, PA, where Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday at 11:00 AM. Pastor Harold Kiel will officiate. Burial will be in Ulysses Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
