Merle F. BURDICK

Merle F. BURDICK, 85, of Wellsville, NY, died Tuesday, August 11, 2020 in Wellsville Manor Care Center.

Born December 10, 1934, in Greenwood, he was the son of George and Ina McCormick Burdick.  A graduate of Greenwood High School, Merle spent most of his life farming in South Dansville at Lander’s Farm.

Surviving are:  a niece, Pamela (John Stratton) Foster of Wellsville;  a nephew, John (Jodi) Osmin of Arkport;  a sister, Mary Micglire of Clifton Springs;  and several other nieces and nephews.  In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by four siblings, Ruth Burdick, Francis Griffin, Ellen Burdick, and Gertrude Faulkner.

Cremation was at Olney-Foust Crematory.  Private burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery.
