Nora E. LYDIC

Nora E. LYDIC, 90, of Andrews Settlement, PA, died Saturday, February 23, 2013 in the Sweden Valley Manor, Coudersport, PA. Born July 24, 1922, in Curwensville, PA, she was the daughter of Frank and Nora Black Thompson. On March 29, 1947, in Curwensville, she married Max B. Lydic, who predeceasd her on October 2, 2000. Nora was a homemaker and a member of the Andrews Settlement Baptist Church and the Andrews Settlement--Ellisburg Community Club. Surviving are: two sons, David (Helen) Lydic and Carl Lydic, both of Andrews Settlement; eight grandchildren; and nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband, she was predeceased by 12 siblings. Friends may call Tuesday, February 26, 2013 from 3:00 - 6:00 PM at the Olney Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Ulysses, PA, where Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday at 11:00 AM. The Rev. Darell Harris will officiate. Burial will be in Andrews Settlement Cemetery.
