Patt i was a long-time resident of Allegany County. She graduated from Belmont Central Schools. She attended Alfred State and earned her Associate’s Degree. She retired from Alfred State College after several years of service as the Executive Administrative Secretary to the president . Patty also served as Town Clerk for West Almond for many years. She was very active in the Democratic Party and American Legion Post 808 Auxiliary 29of Belmont. She loved spending time with her dogs.
She is survived by: siblings, Michael Winterhalter of Rochester, Judy Bliven of Belmont, Anne Winterhalter and Lynda Jones, both of New Jersey, and Teresa Winterhalter of Georgia; close friends, Annette Ha rding , Su zie “ Pizza ” Thomas, Mark & Jackie Bainb ri dge, and Amy Wetherby ; and several nieces and nephews .
