Richard O. "Ratchet" COSTELLO, 61, of Genesee, PA, died Friday, July 6, 2018.
A service honoring Ratchet will be held 11:00 AM, Saturday, August 25, 2018 at the Genesee Fire Hall followed by a luncheon and time of fellowship.

Born September 22, 1956, in Wellsville, NY, he was the son of John H. and June Sugden Costello.
Richard worked as a handyman and farmer. He was a member of the Genesee Township Volunteer Fire Company.
Surviving are: three brothers, John (Judy) Costello, Jr. and Rodney Costello, both of Genesee, and Dale Costello of Wellsville; two sisters, Donna Costello of Bradford, PA and Doris E. Emerson of Genesee; an aunt, Elsie Coleman of Springfield, PA; good friends, Scott Luce and Bob Ransom; nieces, nephews, and cousins. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by three sibings, Donald J. Costello, Carl W. Costello, and Carol A. Costello; and his step-mother, Barbara Costello.
