Ruberta EARLE, 79, of Wellsboro, PA, formerly of Elkland, Harrison Valley, and Austin, PA, died Friday, August 12, 2016 in Soldiers & Sailors Memorial Hospital, Wellsboro, PA.
Born October 26, 1936, in Akron, OH, she was the daughter of James and Lillian Hartlow Thomas.
She was married to Leroy Earle, who predeceased her on April 7, 1982.
Ruberta was employed by Knoxville Assembly and Emporium Specialties.
Surviving are: six children, Leroy Earle, Jr. of Westfield, Rosalie (Roy) Miles of Knoxville, Melody (Ken) Tombs of Westfield, Glenn (Crystal) Earle of Westfield, Clara (Edgar) Young of Westfield, and Shawn Earle of Knoxville; 21 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; three brothers, Carney (Colleen) Thomas of TN, James Thomas of TN, and Joseph Thomas of MO; a sister, Betty Stockton of OH; nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband, she was predeceased by two grandchildren, Ryan Miles and Michael R. Yawger.
A private graveside service will be held in Champlin Cemetery, Westfield, PA.
Memorials may be made to the Compassion Center, 593 Rte. 49, Westfield, PA 16950.
