Born December 16, 1939, in Iowa, she was the daughter of Thomas and Vinnie Sizemore Vaughan. She is survived by a brother, Joseph Vaughan of California.
A viewing will be held 11:00 AM, Tuesday, April 18, 2017 in the Mulholland-Crowell Funeral Home, Wellsville, NY. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery, Rogersville, TN.
