Alexandria, Virginia - Scott E. Horn, 44, of 5375 Duke Street passed away unexpectedly on Friday, August 22, 2014 at his home. A graveside service in Wellsville, under the direction of the J. W. Embser Sons Funeral Home Inc. is being planned and will be published with a complete obituary at a later date.
