Sharon Rose Langan SHARP, 71, of Whitesville, NY, formerly of Ulysses, PA, died Saturday, July 16, 2022 in her home.
Born August 9, 1950, in Coudersport, she was the daughter of Frank Arthur and Margie R. Bush Langan. On January 18, 1970, in Gold, she married Richard G. Sharp, Jr., who survives. A graduate of Northern Potter High School, she was employed by Gol-DEN-Ray in Gold.
Surviving besides her husband, Richard, are: three children, Christopher (Lisa) Sharp of New Florence, PA, Misty (Carl) Sharp of Rexville, and Richard (Jennie) Sharp of Ulysses; 13 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; three brothers, Frank (Nancy) Langan of Shinglehouse, PA, Todd (Brenda Lee) Langan of Ulysses, PA, and Clyde (Maggie) Langan of Wellsville, NY; three sisters, Debra (Clarence) Swank of Emporium, PA, Brenda (Pete) Miles of Coudersport, PA, and Tina (Rodney) Outman of Whitesville; nieces and nephews, including her niece, Lindy Outman, who was her best friend that cared for her for the last several months. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by a sister, Valerie Hurlburt; and a grandson, Jonathon Goerner.
