Waylon David GERHART, infant son of Kellen D. and Katelyn M. Smoker Gerhart of Coudersport, PA, went to heaven on Saturday, December 17, 2016.
Surviving besides his parents, are: maternal grandparents, David and Kathleen Smoker of Gold; paternal grandparents, Terry and Stephanie Gerhart of Coudersport and Maureen and Brian Martin of Doylestown, OH; paternal great-grandmothers, Sally Duffee of Wharton, PA and Helen Snowman of Coudersport; aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A private family graveside service will be held in Homer Cemetery, Coudersport.
