Wayne D. BARRETT, Sr., 65, of Scio, NY, died Monday, November 15, 2021 in Jones Memorial Hospital, Wellsville.
Born October 13, 1956, in Farmington, he was the son of Frank and Dorothy Potter Barrett. He was a U.S. Army Veteran. Wayne was a mechanic and enjoyed working on cars.
Surviving are: a son, Wayne D. (Kelsey) Barrett, Jr. of Portville; three grandchildren; nieces, nephews, and cousins. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by five siblings, Patricia Howell, Sandra VanHorn, Frank Barrett, William Barrett, and Randy Barrett.
A memorial service will be held 11:00 AM, Saturday, November 20, 2021 at Olney-Foust Funeral Homes & Cremation, Crowell Chapel, 296 North Main Street, Wellsville, NY. Rev. Jon Schink will officiate.
Memorials may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
