Dear Don, Lori and Bob,  A voice from the past, but I hope you remember me as I send my deepest condolences upon the death of Mary Lou.  She was a saint and a big part of the life of Danby and Danby School.  I was a very young thing when you hired me to teach music there and was honored to teach Bob and Lori for their time there.  My memories are golden.  Mary Lou involved herself in making our lives happier and was so welcoming to the staff into your home and her heart.  I miss those days!!  I went on to teach 37 years, but the best were my first ones at little Danby School.  Hugs to all 3 of you.  Carrie Ostrander

Mary Lou was one of the sweetest and kindest women I have known. She was a christian lady in both thought and deed. She was a loving wife who with her husband Don raised 2 wonderful children. This is a sad time for the entire family, and for everyone who was fortunate enough to know and spend time with Mary Lou. I am sincerely sorry for their. loss
